I've been active in the markets for over a decade, and I've been mentoring traders one-to-one since 2019. In that time I've watched the same pattern play out again and again: people don't fail at trading because they lack intelligence or effort. They fail because nobody ever taught them to protect their capital first — so one bad week undoes months of good ones.
tips2pips exists to fix that, properly. Not with signals to follow blindly, not with a pre-recorded course you're left to finish alone, but with direct, weekly, one-to-one mentorship — the same way I'd teach someone if they were sat next to me.
Why application-only
I take on five new traders a month. That's not a scarcity trick — it's a ceiling on how many people I can genuinely give proper attention to at once. Every application is reviewed personally by me. The call we have afterward exists so we can both be honest about whether this is the right fit.
How I trade, and how I teach
My approach is risk-first. Every setup I teach is built around a simple shape: risk a small, defined amount to target a much larger reward, so no single trade can meaningfully damage the account. That discipline — protect first, grow second — is the backbone of the entire Masterclass and every 1:1 session.
